Small kind family looking for an accomodation

Dear sir​/​madam​,​ I am a Ukrainian refugee (33 years old)​,​ and my son (7 years old) and our small dog (is a 7 kg 2 years old sterilized girl​,​ insurance) looking for an apartment or room in Berlin (close to a school) to rent from July 2022-July 2023. If you experience inconvenience and cannot provide us with accommodation with a dog our dog can stay with my parents in Nauen Brandenburg. We will often visit them. Our budget is quite flexible (300-800 EUR)​,​ but we will prefer the cheaper option to donate more. I am 33 years old and my son Platon is 7 years old​,​ we are a small​,​ kind​,​ and active family. I work for a stable international company in a long-term manager position and am ready to show all documents if needed. We have the opportunity to register in a friend's flat so we don't need registration. We lead a healthy and sporty lifestyle​,​ friendly and understanding people​,​ respect the rules of the tenant​,​ and can provide recommendations from friends who lived in Berlin this year. I mostly work and care about family. With my son we often walk around the city​,​ read books​,​ going to concerts and other activities. Thank you for your time.
