Spare room for female adult near Brighton UK

I live with my wife​,​ 16 year old daughter and a friendly dog in West Sussex near Brighton in the south of England. We have a spare room that is available indefinitely for one female adult. I'm afraid that we cannot accept pets. All accommodation and food will of course be free. We are able to collect from any airport or ferry port and would make anyone feel welcome as part of the family My wife and I currently work in local government. We are both former police officers. Our daughter is studying at college. We speak English and conversational French. Please be wary of a family asking you to clean their house​,​ you are a person who needs a safe home and not a slave.
