Double bedroom in a cosy 3 bedroom house in a nice neighbourhood in Surrey​,​ UK. Your bedroom overlooks the garden. It is suitable for a mother with one child under 10 or a single woman aged over 40. I have hosted Ukrainians for 3 years. First a Ukrainian mother and her two children for one year and then a Ukrainian mother and her young child for two years. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The town centre​,​ bus and train stations are 15 minutes’ walk from the house. Train to London is 30-40 minutes. House is 10 kilometres north of London Gatwick Airport. Nice parks and countryside are nearby. Leisure centre with 25 metre pool and many other activities is 5 minutes’ walk. Very good schools are within 5 to 20 minutes’ walk. I am registered with the UK Government Homes for Ukrainians scheme and also with my local government authority. My house and your room has been inspected by the local authority. They have also carried out security​,​ criminal and safety checks on me and issued me with an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate which was necessary because my guests had children.
