UK - Double room for 1 person

I would like offer a double room​,​ 10 minutes drive from Southampton​,​ with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. I am an active older lady who has two friendly dogs and a very nervous cat. My house has two additional rooms upstairs​,​ with another toilet​,​ all of which I am hoping to redecorate to give you some more space of your own. I would offer a warm welcome to an older lady​,​ or someone who is used to a quiet lifestyle and doesn’t mind animals.
