Small flat in a cool​,​ yet quiet neighbourhood of Berlin

I'm off to UA to volunteer with a combat medic battalion From January to June 2024​,​ and I would like to rent my super-cheap apartment to a responsible person​/​family while I am away. The apartment is 49 square meters in one of the cool streets of Prenzlauer Berg​,​ and is €450 a month​,​ with electricity and gas. I can write an Untermietvertrag​,​ and go with you to the Job Center and the Bezirksamt to organise registration and rental payment. I have had Ukrainians staying with me since March last year​,​ so have done this many times. The apartment is in a smashed-up DDR era Altbau​,​ and consists of a bedroom with a double bed​​,​​ a study with a single bed above the wood stove (!)​,​ and a kitchen. The toilet is in the hallway (!) and you would have a shower next door with my (lovely) neighbours (!). A very nice couple from Ivano-Frankivsk stayed with me for six months last year​​,​​ and it worked out pretty well. Two music producers from Kyiv stayed with me for eight months this year​​,​​ and that was pretty cool also. The place is best suited to creative people who are used to unusual living conditions.
